Seafood

In our department you can find a fresh variety of both local and imported fish. Our local fish comes from our environmentally clean Caribbean sea like the Red Snapper, Grouper, Wahoo, King Fish, Barracuda, Mahi-Mahi, Lobster, Shrimps and more.

Our fish is cleaned and cut on the spot so clients can request what slice they prefer. Besides fresh fish we make a variety of seafood dishes, ready to eat or marinate or ready to cook. We offer fish and seafood mix tempera, Peruvian style ceviche and many other exotic blends and cuisines.

Daily we bake and fry fish like kibbeling, lekkerbekjes and on request of many of our clients we clean fresh herring that you can eat raw with onion like the Dutch do.
Some of our specialties is the yellow fin tuna and "sushi" grade salmon that you can eat raw Japanese style.
