Wednesday January 9th Ling & Sons IGA Supercenter was honored with the visit of CEO and president of IGA Mark Betanic and Area Director Bryan Horrigan.
Ling & Sons IGA Supercenter has been part of the hometown proud group network for about 10 years and was pleasantly surprised to hear that Mr. Betanic himself would be visiting the store.

After a tour of the store Mark Betanic and Bryan Horrigan surprised everyone by sharing with the Ling & Sons team that the supermarket had been nominated for the title of IGA retailer of the year and that the supermarket has received the official title of IGA International Retailer of the year 2012. Present to accept the nomination and title was the previous owner of Ling & Sons Mr. Clifton Ling and Mr. Wilfried Cobussen, the New General Manager of Ling & Sons under the new ownership of the Van den TweelGroep.
Ling & Sons is very excited with the nomination and hopes to keep making the IGA family proud by continuing its work within the community and serving the customers with the unique warm welcome that Ling & Sons is known for in Aruba.
