Sharisma Tromp Winner of the 30 Day Healthy Challenge

With the healthy challenge campaign Ling & Sons wanted to emphasize the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle and investing in your own health, mind and body by being more balanced in the way you eat and also by being active. 

Participants received workshops on how to eat healthy from health coach Johanna Stroo and learned different exercise techniques from the wonderful coaches of 2Bfit Gym. 

The experts looked at the motivation, participation and results of the participants at the end of their 30 day journey to pick the top 10 participants . 

The top 10 list results: 

  • 1st prize Grand Winner: 1 year Gym at 2BFIT GYM & weekend getaway to Curacao for 2 - Sharisma Tromp. 
  • 2nd price: 6 month Gym at 2BFIT GYM - Annie Semeleer 
  • 3rd price: 4 month package with health coach Johanna Stroo – Nelkis Arends
